Teo (III.)

A higher-potency formula for particular moments, deeper challenges, and more complex inner terrain

$3,190.00

The most potent microdosing formula, reserved for experienced practitioners seeking a more intensive microdosing protocol. Developed for specific situations where a higher dose is appropriate, it is intended to be approached with experience, intention, and care.

Enriched with Lion's Mane fruit bodies to support focus, integration, and cognitive performance; and niacin to support distribution and cellular energy production.

High-potency psilocybin mushroom blend (whole fruiting body), 330 mg per capsule;

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus, whole fruiting body) — a nootropic mushroom studied for nerve-growth factor and cognitive support; it complements psilocybin's effect on neuroplasticity;

Niacin (Vitamin B3) — supports distribution of active compounds and cellular energy production.

All ingredients are 100% natural, organic, sustainably grown, and vegan. No fillers, no synthetic additives. Every batch is tested for potency and purity.

The experience becomes more apparent; the subtle shifts often associated with microdosing may become easier to recognize, with greater mental clarity, emotional openness, creative flow, and a heightened sense of presence throughout the day.

The dose remains sub-perceptual, yet asks for greater awareness and responsibility.

Microdosing follows a rhythm of dosing and rest. Intervals between doses help maintain sensitivity and create space to observe the effects over time. Two established approaches:

The 1-2 protocol — one day on, then two days off. The on day is the microdose day; the day after often carries a subtle "afterglow"; the second is a full reset. Gentle, easy to track, and the most common way to begin.

The 4-2 protocol — four days on, two days off. A steadier, deeper, more consistent rhythm favored for sustained focus and mood support.

On dosing days, take one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach.

Avoid microdosing if you:

  • Have a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder;
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • Are under 21;
  • Have a serious heart condition.

If you take any prescription medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

Taking antidepressants or psychiatric medication (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics) may blunt the effects or cause interactions. Lithium and tramadol are dangerous combinations and must be avoided.

“For most of my life, I thought I was just ambitious. Worked hard, built a career, achieved things I was supposed to be proud of. With this thing at some point I started to clearly see I had been chasing my father's approval more than anything I actually wanted. Seeing that was painful. It also gave me permission to ask a very simple question: what would I choose if I didn't need anyone to be proud of me? I came back to music. I hadn't felt this alive in years.”

Alejandro C., 47Guadalajara, Mexico

“I always had ideas, but somehow never put myself out there. I could plan forever, take another course, work on myself, find another reason to wait. Done therapy and every kind of self-development thing you can imagine, but this was much older than I understood. Teo III helped me finally turn toward the emotions underneath all that fear instead of trying to think my way around them. I started posting my work and making talking Reels. That might sound small, but for me it's enormous.”

Rachel W., 35San Francisco, California

“Spent years looking for answers to a serious health problem. Different countries, clinics, doctors, a ridiculous amount of money, focusing entirely on finding something outside myself that would fix it. Over time, I began looking at the emotional side of what I was going through too, something I had completely dismissed before. Teo III became a starting point of that process. I'm not going to pretend it gave me a simple answer, but it changed the questions I was asking, and that changed a lot for me.”

Thomas H., 52Zurich, Switzerland

“Started this formula under supervision during a really difficult period with my health, so I was nervous about what a higher-potency formula would actually feel like. It was definitely stronger than what I had used before, but I could still go about my day. What mattered most was what happened when the difficult emotions came up. Instead of immediately trying to push them away, I found myself able to stay with them and go through them.”

Luis F., 49Baja California, Mexico

“Had been living with depression for years and had gradually stopped believing that the project I cared about would ever become what I imagined. I kept postponing it, telling myself I'd come back when I was better, more capable, more motivated. Something started changing when I began working with Teo III. I found myself moving again, and yeah, I actually wanted to see where it could go. That feeling of possibility had been missing for a very long time.”

David N., 43Brooklyn, New York

Microdosing means taking a very small, precisely measured amount of a natural medicine, usually about a tenth of a regular dose, on a steady schedule with rest days built in. In Nagua products, the active ingredient is psilocybin, naturally occurring in the fruiting bodies of the mushroom. The amount is intended to remain below the threshold of a full psychedelic experience, allowing you to go about your normal life while exploring subtler changes in mood, clarity, attention, and openness.

Psilocybin can interact with certain medications and may not be appropriate for everyone. If you take antidepressants, especially SSRIs or lithium, have a serious heart condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 21, or have a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before considering microdosing. If you take any regular medication or have a medical condition not mentioned here, we recommend checking with your doctor first.

There is no single moment when it suddenly "starts working." Microdosing is subtle by nature, and changes often reveal themselves gradually, through small shifts in the way you think, feel, respond, or move through everyday life. Some people notice something within the first few weeks; for others, the changes become clearer only with time and consistency.

If microdosing is new to you, we recommend beginning with Teo (I.), created as a gentle introduction to the medicine and a way to become familiar with its subtler effects. If you already have experience with microdosing, Teo (II.) offers a deeper step into the territory. If you are unsure where to begin or would like to talk through your starting point, contact us and we'll be happy to help you find the right place to start.

1.

Microdosers scored lower on dysfunctional attitudes and negative emotionality, and higher on wisdom, open-mindedness and creativity, than non-microdosing controls.

2.
Rootman et al. (2021), Scientific ReportsAnxiety and depressive symptoms

Across 8,703 adults, microdosers with mental-health concerns reported lower depression, anxiety and stress than non-microdosing peers, with health the leading motive.

3.

In an eight-week randomized, placebo-controlled trial, weekly low-dose psilocybin significantly reduced dysfunctional attitudes — the rigid beliefs behind stuck patterns.

4.

In 233 adults tracked across a month of microdosing, trait mindfulness rose steadily week by week, reaching the level typically seen across the general population.

5.
Kaertner et al. (2021), Scientific ReportsWellbeing, tracked for a month

Over four weeks of microdosing, 81 participants reported steadily rising wellbeing and psychological flexibility, alongside falling depression and state anxiety.

6.

Across hundreds of self-reported accounts, microdosers most often described deeper empathy, closer relationships, and a stronger connection to nature and others.
