These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Nagua (“Nagua,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of nagua.live, our applications, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Some features require an account. Accounts are passwordless: we email you a single-use sign-in link, so anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you. Keep your email account secure, and notify us immediately at support@nagua.live of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Creating an account also subscribes you to our news and offers, as stated on the sign-up form. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off at any time from your account — see section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Unsubscribing never affects emails about an order you have placed.

The Services and all content we provide — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the “Nagua” name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you submit content (reviews, messages, or other materials), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
Prices, fees, and availability are described at the point of sale and may change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by the terms stated at purchase.
We accept bank transfer and stablecoin payments. We do not accept cards and never ask for card numbers — if a page claiming to be Nagua asks you for one, it is not us. Payment instructions are shown when you place your order and repeated by email.
Because these payments are not instant, an order is reserved for 48 hours from the moment it is placed. If payment has not reached us by then the order is cancelled and the items are released; you are welcome to order again. Your order number must be included as the payment reference, otherwise we may be unable to match your payment to your order.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
The Services are provided for general informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you accessed through the Services. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nagua and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nagua and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified where required. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
