Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Nagua (“Nagua,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on nagua.live (the “Services”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to recognize your browser and remember information between visits. We also use similar technologies:

  • localStorage / sessionStorage — browser storage used to remember preferences and cache data.
  • Pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear GIFs) — tiny images that tell us whether you opened a page or email and which links you clicked.
  • SDKs — code in our apps that performs similar functions to cookies.

We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this Policy.

2. Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Services to function (e.g. sessions, security, remembering your consent choice). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Services so we can improve them. Set only after you opt in.

3. First-party vs third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by Nagua directly. Third-party cookies are set by providers we use (for example, our analytics partner) and are governed by their own privacy policies. Where we use third-party cookies, they are listed in the table below.

4. Cookies we use

We also keep a medicina-cart entry in your browser’s localStorage to remember the items in your cart between visits. It stays on your device and is never sent to a server.

5. How to manage your cookies

When you first visit, our consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies and warn you before one is set. Check your browser’s Help menu for instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Services from working.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date.
